The I-Sessions project introduces Winner employees to representatives from different areas of Ukrainian society, allows them to take a broader look at the world and find their insights. The Creative Mornings project is a platform for discussing current, fascinating and important issues. This is a place where you can exchange opinions, gain knowledge from your coworkers' experiences, and search for new, non-standard solutions.

Every year we traditionally celebrate Kyiv Day by participating in the sports and charity project “Run under the Chestnut Trees” and remind society about the problem of congenital heart defects in children and the possibility of solving it.

In wartime, the Foundation’s current activities focus on supporting the Armed Forces, other military formations, doctors, and Ukrainians who suffered as a result of the war.
